So glad you took our invitation to join us.
We are trying to build this eco-social-network so all the help you can give us the better.
The main thing is to be proactive and to spread the word inviting all of your family and friends to join us and share and then for them to do likewise.
Recently, a friend of ours at Punta Burica in Panama was taken advantage of at his eco-resort. Someone had made an appeal through another and different blog and collected monies on his behalf and then did a runner :-(
However, his work continues to try to help the Sea Turtles, the Red Backed Squirrel Monkeys, the Capuchins and such a lot of other wild and beautiful animals. You can see his page on here as well at David Teichmann. His Eco resort is at Tigre Salvaje. Its wonderful there :-)
Anyway, we think, that only by have a strong group can we may be able to make a difference when we lobby Conservation Groups, even Governments, etc, to help protect what we are currently destroying.
I know Panama is a small country but it is an important one as far as endangered species is concerned and also about local community ignorance. This latter point is endemic to the 'normal' human species.
The UK too has many problems and so we need to try to make a difference.
Help us please and as Diana has already said, welcome :-)
